Evidence-based Family Planning Interventions
Last Date for Submissions: Friday, December 6 2024
We invite submissions for a Special Issue dedicated to evidence-based interventions in family planning and reproductive health services, crucial for improving population health. The family planning interventions are central to improving women’s health and and achieving sustainable development.
Despite notable global progress in contraceptive use and declining fertility rates, over 214 million women of reproductive age—primarily in low- and middle-income countries—remain without access to modern contraceptive methods, despite their desire to avoid pregnancy. This lack of access threatens individuals’ potential to create better futures for themselves and their communities.
